One of the products Trackside builds and sells are custom fire pits. These fire pits are made out of Corten steel to give them the rusted look.

This custom fish cleaning station is luxury living when it comes to outdoor activities. A powder coated aluminum frame prevents any kind of rust no matter where the customer wants to mount it. Rain or shine, you will be protected from the elements with this structures large awning and light bar for visibility when the fish don’t stop biting and the sun goes down. Equip with a stainless steel sink/table and a custom cutting board surface, what more could a fisherman ask for?

A partnership with Streamline Artisans presented the Kingston Trellis project. This project was located on top of the Kingston Apartment complex in Davenport Iowa. Our engineering team was presented with rough designs of what the customer wanted their rooftop patio to look like. Trackside took the designs and engineered these custom trellises. The steel tubing and sheet metal structure provides shade while enjoying the view of the Mississippi River.

A customer came to Trackside with the a logo and a general description of what they wanted. Our Engineering team was able to come up with a design that suited the customer’s needs. This project uses Corten steel as the entire frame. Corten steel is weathering steel when left outside creates an even rust along the surface. The rust on this steel protects the material underneath and does not require any kind of painting.

A material processing company came to Trackside with the idea of operator comfort in mind. This operator box sits on top of a rock crusher so the operator can see directly into the jaws of the machine. The box was constructed using a steel tubing frame and sheet metal that acted as walls. With the possibility of concrete projectiles, this operator box uses polycarbonate (shatter proof) windows and a large rock shield in front of the main window. For added comfort, a 13,000 BTU heating and cooling unit was installed on the top of the operator box so the material processing company can operate in any condition.
